Your Cozy Space for Gentle ADHD Support and Resources

Welcome to Wild Berry Haven

Wild Berry Haven offers practical resources for adults with ADHD.

Hi, I’m Maggie. Welcome to Wild Berry Haven.

Wild Berry Haven is a gentle support space offering ADHD and AuDHD support for overwhelmed adults who are trying to do life, but sometimes it feels like life is doing you.

You want to be consistent. You want to stay on top of things. You want to feel calm and capable. But your brain has other plans, and pushing harder can make you feel more stuck.

You’re not broken. Your brain is not wrong. You just deserve tools that match how your brain works.

Wild Berry Haven exists because I needed something like this too. Not a perfect system. Not advice that assumes unlimited energy or time. Real supports that work in a real life home, with real life energy, and a real life brain.

Who I help

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re probably my people:

  • You get overwhelmed fast, then feel guilty about it
  • You can be great in a crisis, but daily routines feel impossible
  • You are either over planning or not planning at all
  • You want wellness, but you do not want it to become another job
  • You have so many good intentions and still end up thinking, “Why can’t I just do the thing”

What you’ll find here

I share practical supports that have genuinely helped me do life a little easier, especially in seasons where my capacity is lower than I want it to be.

You’ll find things like:

  • Low capacity day resets and burnout recovery support
  • Working memory help for forgetting mid task, losing the thread, and transitions
  • Executive function support for starting, finishing, and follow through
  • Gentle home systems that reduce friction and mental load
  • Sensory and nervous system friendly tools that make hard moments softer

And yes, I share recommendations too. If something reduces mental load, saves time, or makes a hard moment slightly less hard, I’m going to tell you.

My story

I’m a late diagnosed mom who honestly thought I had everything handled until one day, suddenly I didn’t.

For a while, I could keep up. I could power through. I could be the person who shows up and gets it done. And then something shifted. Small tasks felt huge. Decisions felt heavy. I started second guessing myself constantly. I was doing so much, but it felt like nothing stayed done.

Getting answers helped. Learning about ADHD and AuDHD traits helped. Understanding burnout helped. But what helped the most was collecting small supports that actually worked for me. Tools. Strategies. Little routines. Boundary tweaks. A way to build a life that doesn’t require full capacity all the time.

Wild Berry Haven is where I share those supports, along with the kind of encouragement I wish I had when I was deep in the overwhelmed season.

What I believe

A few things I hold pretty tightly:

  • You are not lazy. Your brain is doing a lot
  • Small supports beat perfect routines
  • It is okay to need tools. Timers are tools. Planners are tools
  • You deserve help that feels kind, not shaming
  • You do not need to earn rest
